My scanned pdf file is too large to attach to an email. Help!
Two possible solutions:
1. Save file as "Reduced PDF File."
2. Extract pages into separate smaller files.
- Go to a computer with Adobe Acrobat Professional software
- Library classroom and public computers
- ADA computers with scanners attached
- Ask library staff to borrow flash drive to transport pdf, if needed.
- Open Adobe Acrobat Professional
- May have to open Adobe Web Premium first
- Open scanned file.
- Open "Document" in menu bar.
- Select "Extract"
- Enter pages to extract (about 6 pages at a time)
- Check option to save extracted pages into a separate file.
