Where Can I Find My Class Schedule on the New TigerWeb Home Page?

You will need headphones to hear this video on a library computer. To find your student schedule of classes follow these steps:

  1. Login to TigerWeb with your A number and password.
  2. Click on the Home tab.
  3. Scroll down the page until you see Registration Tools and Registration Status.
  4. Click on Registration Status.
  5. Click on Registration.
  6. Click on Student.
  7. Click on Student Detailed Schedule.
  8. Select the term you are registered for now.
  9. Click Submit. You should now see a detailed schedule of your classes.

How Do I Download the Lecture/Audio Files from My eLive Course?

Begin by logging in to your eLive course using the username and password your teacher has given you. Then in Course Content click on the link to the Course Compass site he/she has set up. Login with the teacher's class username and password that she has set up and given you. In the next window there is a small paragraph mid-way down the page and the words "Click Here" are in red. Click on this link to get to the "Archives" where the audio files are stored.

Downloading MP3s

Click on the Lecture's Audio File Link. A new window opens.
There is a control panel under the main window box.
  1. Click on the word, "Options" and select "MP3" from the drop down menu that appears.
  2. If this does not open a "File Download" window check to see if the browser is blocking it.
  3. Look at the top of the screen where the browser toolbar is to see if you need to click on the bar to allow the download box to open. Once you click and allow, try clicking on the "Options" link and select "MP3" again.
  4. This time you should get "File Download" box.
  5. In this box choose the destination (flashdrive, MP3 player, iPhone or location on your computer where you want to save the audio file.
  6. Click on "Save" then "OK".
  7. The file will then download to the location you chose.
  8. To access the audio files go to the location where you saved the file and double click on the audio file's icon. If you saved it on your computer it should open in a media player or quick time player.

How Do I Get Into My New Student E-Mail?


  1. Go to http://chattanoogastate.edu.

  2. Click on TigerWeb icon.

  3. Sign in with your A# and password.

  4. Click on the Student Info tab. In the right side menu you will see a block titled New Student Email. Read and follow the directions. In the library? Ask at the Help Desk for further assistance.

  5. Click on the email " blue paw print" icon in TigerWeb to go to the new student email login page.

  6. Follow the password instructions from New Student Email to Sign-in.

Important Note: If you do not see the Sign Out button in your email account, open your Student Web Outlook window all the way using the "resize" icon in the top right corner of the window. DO NOT forget to click on the Sign Out button to sign out of your email account. Using the "X" icon button in the top right of the window does not sign you out. Using the "X" to leave your email account leaves your email open to the next student that clicks on the TigerMail blue paw print in TigerWeb.

Note: Be sure your browser is Internet Explorer version 6 or higher.
