Occasionally, CSTCC IT will do a security check on the WiFi system. When they do you need to click on the Internet Explorer browser icon and check that your computer's firewall or network settings are set to accept the CSTCC. Open Internet Explorer and look on its toolbar for-Tools>Internet Options>Enable connection to CSTCC.
Sometimes just using the Internet Explorer browser will just reset itself and you'll see the CSTCC guest signin feature appear again.
