Due to the weather and a shift in class schedules, a few students were unable to attend the first day/s of class. Without an attendance for the first day of the class(which is one way the school confirms you are attending)your fees are docked. Attendance is a mandatory part of financial support.
Academic Affairs is working out the situation for students and may have made all corrections by the time you read this. If not, here are the instructions you should follow:
"The academic affairs office is instructing students to log into eLearn for classes that started last week and the student was unable to attend and the lack of attendance will reduce their financial aid check. The instructors will use the log in as an indication that the student plans to attend and will record attendance."
To login into eLearn use your first initial + last name + 4 digit birth date =(John Doe March 12 = jdoe0312). All lowercase. Password will be your 6 digit birthday March 12, 1978 = 031278. Change your password when you sign in for more security.
