How Do I Print an Enrollment Verification Form in the Library?

Find a computer available in the library and click on the Internet Explorer Browser icon on the desktop.
  1. Sign in to your TigerWeb account.
  2. In the box called TigerWeb Self-Service, click on "Click Here to Enter".
  3. Click on Student tab.
  4. Click on Student Records link.
  5. Click on National Student Clearinghouse (Enrollment Verification).
  6. Select ‘Current enrollment’ or ‘All enrollments’ and click ‘Obtain an enrollment certificate’.
  7. Right click on document for a drop down menu.
  8. Click on word Print.
  9. Make print option changes as needed and click OK.
In the library to Print...
  1. In the pop-up box for the print management system, type first initial + last name for username.
  2. Type in last 4 digits of a phone number for your password.
  3. Click OK. Print.
  4. Go to print release stations. You can use a print card or pay with silver coins or $1 bills.
  5. Follow print instructions at the stations to pull up and print your print job. It is 10 cents a page to print.

 Enrollment is based on official attendance records and submitted to National Student Clearinghouse

 monthly beginning with the official 14th day of term.
