You can get a Student ID in the Student Life Center, Room HPF 104. HPF is the Health and Physical Fitness Building. Hours of Operation can very between semesters. At the time of this posting the hours are:
Monday, Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday, Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm
Closed Thursday.
To obtain an ID show confirmation or payment of classes and one of the following: valid driver's license, valid state photo ID, original birth certificate or current passport
Special ID appointments (during the normal operating hours of the college) will be made if a student
has a legitimate reason for being unable to receive an ID during the posted hours. To schedule an
appointment, email justin.booker@chattanoogastate.edu or dorothy.chope@chattanoogastate.edu.
To receive a student ID, all students MUST have a photo ID and have confirmed their classes for the
appropriate semester. If a student has lost their ID and needs a re-print, they are required to pay the
$2.00 replacement fee to the Bursar's Office and provide Student Life with the copy of the receipt.
