Having trouble viewing the videos, here are some things to check:
a) Are you using Internet Explorer? - videos best-viewed with this browser
b) Is a Windows Media Player installed? - check by opening list of
programs on your computer, should be near the end of the list.
Note: Just because a smaller box opens to play the videos does NOT mean that the player is installed on their computer. If you need to download a Windows Media Player go to:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/download/download.aspx
c) Do you have a strong Internet connection? - This may seem obvious but could be a possibility.
d) Is the popup blocker on? - this must be turned OFF in order for the separate window to open.
e) Are you on a MAC? Unfortunately, the videos are only formatted as .wmv files for Windows Media Viewing. We are trying to find a method for viewing these videos on MACS.
f) Are you using Internet Explorer 8, IE* IE8 doesn't work as well with videos
unless you go to Tools and Compatibility and allowed the videos.
