How Can I Get MyReadingLabs To Show Up On the Computer?

Without seeing an individual's monitor, computer settings and without access to the MyReadingLab program, I can only guess at things to try.
 
Try clicking the Compatibility View icon on the browser's tool bar...
 It looks like a torn piece of paper. Sometimes this helps.
 
 
 


Check to see if pop-ups is turned off. Some of the products have pop-ups and this feature needs to be turned on. On browser toolbar...

  1. Click Tools.
  2. Click Pop-Up Blocker.
  3. Click Turn on Pop-Up Blocker.
 
Check the browser's compatibility view to see if  "Display in browser" player is turned off.
 
Internet Explorer...
  1. Click Tools.
  2. Click Compatibility View Settings.
  3. Check the last box and close window.
Check to see if "Display in browser" player is turned off in the Adobe Reader X program on the computer.
 
To turn this on...
 
  1. Click START.
  2. Click Programs.
  3. Click Adobe Reader X.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Click Preferences.
  6. Click the box by Display PDF in browser so it has a check mark.
 
Close and try logging into the MyReadingLab again.
