How Do I Find the Financial Aid Forms Online?

• Students can access forms on their TigerWeb homepage in the lower left hand corner in the ‘Financial Aid’ box.

NEW ONLINE APPEAL FORM: All appeals to receive federal aid must have an academic/educational plan included in the request. Students will be required to enter their academic advisor’s email in the electronic form. The advisor will be notified electronically to complete the academic/education plan portion of the appeal form. Once the advisor completes the information and submits, the form will automatically be forwarded to the Financial Aid Office for review.

Note: The Financial Aid Office has officially transitioned to all online forms except for the 2010-2011 verification worksheets. For current news from the Financial Aid office you may also access this link.
