My TigerWeb Mail Isn't Opening When I Click on the Paw Icon in TigerWeb. Why?

It may be that you did not "sign out" from TigerMail when you went in last time. You'll need to go in the back way from www.outlook.com. Go to outlook.com and use your TigerMail username and password to login to your student account. Once in, maximize the window for your email account. In the top right corner you'll see the "sign out" link. Click on it before you leave your email account. Close all the browser windows you've opened. Then open a new browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.) Sign in to TigerWeb and click the blue paw. This time it should work. If you get error messages call 697-4404.
